SELP – A Key Player in Training and Sustainable Development in Eastern DRC
Solidarity for Guidance and the Fight Against Poverty (SELP) has established itself as a key partner in the sustainable development of Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Through its training initiatives and publications, SELP actively contributes to strengthening local capacities and promoting the autonomy of vulnerable communities.
Our Trainings Received
To ensure the quality of its interventions, SELP has benefited from several major training sessions organized by reputable institutions:

Educational Supervision: Training for facilitators of Catch-Up Education Centers (CRS) on the use of catch-up manuals, also organized by DIVAS DRC.
Sustainable Agriculture: Training on seed management and preservation for food and vegetable crops, aimed at enhancing food security in rural communities.
Peaceful Coexistence: Training delivered by MONUSCO to promote peace and harmonious coexistence among various communities.
School Management: Seminar organized by EPS/INC (Primary, Secondary Education and Initiation to New Citizenship) to improve the management of educational institutions.
Our Trainings Delivered
Alongside the training received, SELP shares its expertise with local communities through practical, needs-based training programs:
Introduction to Computing: Training on the use of digital tools to develop IT skills among youth and adults.
Soap-Making Techniques: Training to promote local entrepreneurship and provide viable economic alternatives for vulnerable families.
A Vision Focused on Community Empowerment
