SELP is actively engaged in the Democratic Republic of Congo to promote sustainable development that respects human rights, fosters inclusive peace, and strengthens social cohesion within communities. Through concrete projects, we support the most vulnerable populations on their path toward autonomy, stability, and a more equitable future.
Dive into the heart of our work and discover how SELP is transforming the lives of Congolese communities every day. Through targeted and participatory interventions, we fight poverty in all its forms while working to build lasting peace based on inclusion, community dialogue, and social justice.
Promoting food resilience through community farming. We support vulnerable families with training, seeds, livestock, and sustainable farming techniques to combat hunger and poverty.
Giving a second chance to marginalized children and youth. Through our catch-up learning centers and vocational training programs, SELP makes education accessible to children in conflict zones, demobilized youth, and out-of-school adults.
Healing bodies and soothing minds in fragile zones. SELP conducts health prevention campaigns, provides psychological first aid, and delivers emergency assistance in response to epidemics and disasters.

Health prevention, WASH, community counseling, psychosocial support, and emergency humanitarian assistance.
118 young people sensitized, capacity-building in conflict management, and financial support for entrepreneurial and agricultural activities.
Five catch-up education centers, two secondary schools, and vocational training programs for vulnerable children and youth.

We are committed to identifying and strengthening local talents, knowledge, and existing resources to empower communities to take charge of their own development.
Through strategic partnerships, a clear vision, and concrete actions, we amplify our impact in peacebuilding, education, economic resilience, and social cohesion.
We create safe and inclusive spaces within local communities to provide essential services, strengthen social bonds, and mobilize change-makers on the ground.
Each project is based on a rigorous analysis of local needs and contexts. Through continuous data collection, we adapt our actions for greater impact and transparency.
We offer personalized assistance to marginalized populations, focusing on empowerment, resilience, and long-term follow-up to ensure lasting life changes.
We move forward hand in hand with committed partners who share our vision of sustainable development, inclusive peace, and a more just society. Thanks to their technical, financial, and institutional support, we strengthen the impact of our actions on the ground and reach more lives across the DRC.
